SATURN NEPTUNE CONJUNCTION: HOROSCOPES

On February 20, 2026, the much-anticipated Saturn Neptune conjunction in the first degree of Aries perfects.

Saturn and Neptune conjoin about every 36 years. The last time they conjoined in Aries was in 1703. The time before that was in the year 1380. Needless to say, this is a rare occurrence, and one that distinguishes this transit of Saturn through the sign of its fall from its regular archetype which emerges every 27-30 years when Saturn passes through Aries. When I began writing the horoscopes below, they were primarily centered around Saturn because it is a traditional planet while Neptune is an outer planet. This means that Saturn has more personal and significant structural implications for whatever part of our charts it is transiting than Neptune’s presence would normally create. I found though, in writing, that it was critical to understand this transit of Saturn in the company of Neptune because in so many ways, their ideologies of being are diametrically opposed.

While Saturn is in Aries, it does not function without Neptune’s presence, especially in the beginning. Here are some major themes we can expect:

  • Dreams come true with the harshness of effort, maybe even requiring you to be a little pushy.

  • Dreams made manifest

  • The structure of our realities dissolving burning up before our eyes

  • A hardening of our imaginative power / a confounding of our actual physical capacity

  • Boundaries that are quickly erected, distinctly felt, but perhaps the lines are somehow still blotted and blurred

  • The acute sensation that there are larger spirits at play constructing and enforcing “the plan”

  • It’s giving phoenix in whatever part of your chart contains Aries but you can’t skip the dying and burning up part

  • Icons of timelessness: i.e. Charli XCX, Bad Bunny, Elvis Presley, Wuthering Heights

  • Secret groups that appear to have special, spiritual or magical powers

  • Surveillance is the illusive system that is embedded absolutely everywhere but you cannot physically see it

  • The resistance is living everywhere among you, might even be you. There are a a thousand and more ways to resist tyranny, you just have to pick one and do it.

  • The churning waves of astromagical practice. Magicians of the millennia but also magicians gone mad

  • There’s a line between courage and brutalism that’s clear to some and not to others

  • The terrifying/terrorizing realization that we have different conceptions of what our collective world should look like…and are building that world based on those ideals

  • Self-immolation (figurative and literal) - self-sacrifice in the name of higher spiritual or collective purposes

  • Choosing to walk through the fire with the belief that it is the right thing/will bring you closer to god or to your dreams

It is worth noting that this conjunction is very much tied in with the first eclipse of the season at 28° Aquarius. That eclipse is ruled by Saturn who will have just entered Aries. The eclipse, the conjunction and the ripple effects from them both are inextricably linked. If you want an even more in depth look about how this conjunction and the eclipses, and their long term effects are coming alive for you through the lens of your chart, you can book an astrology consult with me via the button below.
