As the Sun shifts from slow, steady Taurus into quick and cunning Gemini, the garden we tended over the last month blooms a little brighter. Gemini season is sublimely sociable. A period to examine and enjoy the work with which we’ve recently wrestled. 

A Full Moon in Scorpio perfects at 2:11pm PDT on Saturday May 18th. A few hours before, Venus meets up with Uranus in the opposite sign of Taurus. In astrology, Venus is the feminine aspect.

The Full Moon perfects at 29°Libra07’ at 4:12am PDT on April 19th, wrapping up a series of self-love and relationship cycles that have travelled to and from the wild ends of several spectrums and strange scales.

As Mercury makes his final meeting with Neptune in Pisces, we might still feel as though we’re lacking clarity on a situation. Mercury can feel frustrated in Pisces, unable to understand where others end and we begin; to define the lines between what is our responsibility to ourselves, to each other and to the world.

After a 25-day transit through detached but eloquent Aquarius, Venus sways impressively into the sign of her exaltation. A planet exalted operates extremely well; has access to every resource and then some to accomplish its most vital objectives.

7:25am PDT: Sun in Pisces sextile Pluto in Capricorn, both at 22°44’
Normally the Sun in harmonic aspect to Pluto can indicate a power play - especially as Pluto in Capricorn is focused on building a structure that allows it to exert some kind of dominance. Flowing aspects are traditionally seen as positive but it’s important to remember that painful things can happen just as rapidly or fluidly as joy.

In an almost-too-casually-slick move, Mercury pivots at the last degree of the zodiac to pirate his way backward through Piscean seas.
